Hydraulic Breakers and Attachments for Every Carrier Class
Breaking concrete, rock or asphalt with a bucket wastes the machine and the day. A hydraulic breaker turns a carrier you already own into a demolition tool, and the
whole decision comes down to matching the tool to the machine rather than to the job. Fit a breaker that is too heavy and the carrier becomes unstable and the boom takes the punishment; fit one that is too light and it bounces off the material without doing useful work.
That match is decided by four checks, not by price or breaking force: carrier operating weight, auxiliary hydraulic flow, working pressure and mounting interface. Those decide whether a tool can be fitted at all; material and monthly hours then decide which of the surviving models is right. Get one wrong and the tool either underperforms or damages the machine carrying it.

How to choose the right hydraulic breaker
Check each of these against your carrier before comparing models — together they decide whether the tool will fit and work at all.
Carrier weight
Your machine's operating weight must fall inside the breaker's stated carrier range. The model name alone does not prove it — take the figure from the data plate.
Hydraulic flow and pressure
The carrier's auxiliary flow and working pressure must both sit inside the tool's stated ranges — both are in the table below. Under the minimum it runs slow and heats the oil; over the maximum risks damage
Mounting type
Top mount, skid-steer plate and side mount are different builds, not settings — moving one tool between carrier types needs new brackets.
Noise level
Box-silenced housings are available for work under a noise permit or close to housing, a hospital or a school. Ask for the figure for the exact model.
Material and workload
Choose for the hardest material you will break and the hours per month, not the highest impact rate — a high rate with low energy suits brittle material, not reinforced concrete.

Not Only Breakers
The BAUTRAX RP2500 rotating pulverizer is a different tool for a different job. Where a breaker fractures material by impact, a pulverizer crushes it between jaws and separates concrete from rebar. It rotates through 360°, so the operator can present the jaws at any angle. It is a 20–25 t class tool needing a dedicated rotation circuit on top of the main flow — confirm the carrier has both before quoting.
